Not only that they managed to get me a place really quickly, but the apartment is really well maintained, furnished and almost brand new. Really impressed by the professionalism, responsiveness and great customer service. If you ever need a place in Reading, ask for Naila and you will be impressed too.

Smart Move is a complete nightmare to deal with. Avoid them lat all costs. I?m taking legal advice on how to deal with them
It?s basically a one man band masquerading as an estate agency. They never answer / return phone calls - never put anything in writing - has no website - no complaints procedure - shop is always closed - where do I stop.
The Property / Lettings Ombudsman is now involved. What a disaster.

Have had a really pleasant experience with Smart Move. Nyla and Bob were really helpful, I got my first property which was a small 1 bedroom flat through Smart Move a few years ago. I relocated through work and they managed to find me a new property again. I finally want to buy and they helped me get my mortgage sorted for the house that I am buying which is also through Smart Move. Thank you both of you and your team. Got my first property through Smart Move, Bob, Peter, Naila thank you so much for all your help and dedication. I was so worried to be moving during the pandemic but you guys are truly amazing. Everyone told me it was a really hard to find a place and move but you guys didn't let me stress for a second and literally within days, here I am sat in my new home! Professional, polite and efficient. I have had amazing service provided by Bob. I was very nervous about finding a reliable estate agent and finding a property that would be suitable for me. Professional and really helpful. I can sit back and relax knowing my properties are being managed by the lovely Naila and Sharan, always keep me in the loop for any maintenance issues, rent is paid on time. I have not been to see any of my properties for the past 3 years as I simply have no need to. I have full inspection reports sent to me each year. This company has Bob a man who never answers calls and keeps your rent!! and Nila who is his partner in crimeWhat they do is criminal! They do not care about Tennant?s or landlords. Never answer calls and are extremely unprofessional!! I would strongly advice everyone to not use such a company as smart move, in fact I would even say that everyone who does use there services will almost definitely be disappointed or will be out of pocket.

They never replay my phone call or email. they are biggest liars I have never ever seen in my life.. Most of the staff are liars. Ever three month they charge me for some thing has fix in my flat. when i asked them for copy of job they done, (they never give me)
after one year I went to see my tenant to confirm. Tenant confirm me they never had any builder to fix any things in last 12 months.
Smart move never give me copy of job or invoice from builder
