Never seen staff locking the toilets with the excuse out of order. Just because it is out of their standards to clean their site they just lock the toilet so no one use it. Disgraseful.

Not particularly happy with my experience and after a stressful day this made me quite upset. After recently passing my driving test I had to fill up on petrol for the first time. I was doing this by myself and was a little unsure on what to do so I called someone I know on the phone to help explain what to do. At this point I did not know I shouldn't really have been on my phone for the risk of an explosion. I could very vaguely hear something over the intercom on two different occasions but due to it being rush hour the cars on the road and other things going on around me it made it difficult to hear. The intercom also wasn't the best quality. I then went inside to ask and was given a particularly rude response. I explained that I couldn't hear him clearly yet I was still given a rude response as to why he stopped me from filling up. I have P plates on my car still so I had also assumed he had figured that I was a new driver so probably didn't entirely know what to do although, given his response, this seemed to not bother his behaviour and attitude towards me. I understand he was doing his job however I did not appreciate the rude and unkind tone towards me considering I didn't entirely know what I was doing wrong. I should have explained why was on the phone and that it was my first time but in the moment I had assumed that was obvious due to the P plates.

I ordered a pistachio regular drink and it didn?t taste what I always get I told the worker there that the drink is not what I ordered and refused to help me and didn?t even check, I even said could I try it again but ignored me horrible petrol station. Had to throw the drink in the bin and went elsewhere

Does not accept Scottish bank notes. Could not fill up. Massive inconvenience.

Used this garage on many occasions, I had not realised that there is a time limit, I am disabled and parked up to purchase a few items and collect a parcel I was told to move my car into a space, which I did, I was in the shop and the manager couldn't find my parcel he kept me waiting while serving quite a few people, he then found my parcel after a very long wait in which made me have a fine, he told me he would sort it out to get it cancelled in which he has not done. I'm very annoyed being disabled and not being able to walk far or fast. I was issued with a fine due to the manager not finding my parcel and keeping me waiting, avoid the place.

Good service but after last fill up of shell vpower petrol my tuned car developed some problems... fells like i put diesel instead of 99octane petrol.....

For the last couple of months, the toilet has been out of order when speaking to the staff. You can tell they are lying and can not bother to clean it

856 Oxford Rd, Reading RG30 1EL Fuel Station. It is annoying when you spend circa £80 on fuel and you find the toilet is closed. This is my local station that I always use for fuel. On the only two occasions I have needed to use the toilet it has been closed. Was I unlucky or perhaps they keep it closed as they cannot be bothered to clean it? Please reply

Advertising and saying they accept yodel parcels ( been twice now , yesterday and today ) and they couldn't be bother to take it , didnt even gave a reason of why they won't take the parcell !!!

Like ron I also got a fine,I spend over £800 a month with shell with just 1 van so £60 fine. Shell will lose more than I do

This Shell petrol station, which is sited on the Oxford Road Reading, next too Norcot Post Office, is a nightmare from hell, you are photographed on entering it, and photographed on leaving, if you happen too be over 15 minutes on the site, you are sent a fine too pay, which is an absolute joke, the Petrol Station owners if you contact them, could not care less, or the private company issuing the fine. I do not or will not use this Station ever again, and suggest you take care if you do!!!

The lady was working this morning is always rude she keep saying the app doesn?t work, not sure why she has offered to have this job if she doesn?t know how to behave with customers?
I use to go there often ? I?m afraid I have to use different petrol station
