I don?t fill up here (too expensive) or buy food etc in the shop but I do bring my Yodel parcels to send and have been for a few months now. All of the staff are very pleasant and kind and I?ve only ever seen them be this way with other customers too. Thank you

I was in this garages and I was charged £4.74 for two drinks when there were 2 of £2.70.
I tried kindly explaining to the merchant that he charged me the wrong amount and they were both in the same offer. He said they were two different brands and it would void the offer although the offer didn?t state. He didn?t even offer me a refund.
I am going through my bank to recover the money I spent in your store. I?ve also written a direct complaint to shell. I?m just annoyed with how the situation was handled by one of your staff. Also how you have blatantly misinterpreted your available offers and didn?t even offer my a refund or just warn me and to grab something else before paying.

Tills not working. Customers having issues paying as I walked in, swapping from till to till. Wouldn't accept my card and told it was my fault when clearly a till or cashier fault as I wasn't the only one. Made to feel awkward by cashier rather than apology.

Rude staff, went to drop off some Yodel parcels, they stated they didn't do it and to speak to Yodel. Then proceeded to gang up and shout at me, when I addressed this they responded that they had not and that I had been. Several customers called them out. Not a word of apology. Disgusting

Need to change openings times states it?s open to 23:59 always closed at 23:20 you ask to come in your told sorry your too late as they laugh in your face absolute joke of a place no wonder no body goes there anymore 100% disrespectful staff
