Very nice shop equipped with tools, materials and equipment that can be used to repair, fix or upgrade things in your home. Staff are friendly and helpful. Also you can ring up in advance to check the availability of a product through a code.

Awful costumer service. We were looking for 1 item in specific and the lady in the cashier sent us to search in the tablet because she couldn't be bothered to help us. Not coming back here because I came looking for help and advise and I was sent talk to a machine. It makes me think if the lady is either qualified to work in a specific store like this.

Order two hand dryers was told they would be there by 12 midday did not receive a text or anything telling me the order had been abandoned ended up having to go there to be told the order had benign abandon as there was a mistake on system and none left in stock
