Great friendly staff , good value products. It's just they don't stock up well so had to go through online ordering which is kind of killing the purpose to walk all the way to store and enjoy the experience.

I?ve visited this shoe shop twice, and both times left me feeling like I should stay away.
The first visit was last year. A young man with brown hair and dark eyes was polite and professional, but when it came to paying, the young woman at the till seemed completely disinterested. She didn?t smile at all and gave the impression that customers weren?t welcome in the shop.
The second visit was earlier this year. There were no staff members in the children?s section, so we waited for a while before someone finally came to help. Meanwhile, three members of staff were standing around chatting, and only one young woman was actually running around trying to assist customers.
Overall, the shopping experience at this store has been very disappointing. I now avoid going in altogether ? even walking past the shop makes me feel uncomfortable.
I can not believe they have 4.2 on google.

Went in to get some summer school shoes for my daughter. Member of staff in the kids section was busy so we waited. Could see three members of staff having a conversation (and hear). Talking about a manager, all complaining. Saw me and the family waiting for about 10 minutes. In the end we put the shoe down and walked out.

I visited Schuh today on a Saturday morning, and Faye served us. What a brilliant girl and an excellent salesperson! I initially went to buy one pair of shoes for my daughter?s school but ended up buying four pairs, and I couldn?t be happier with my purchases. Faye made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
The rest of the staff were also friendly. Thank you, Faye, and the team for the great service!

Such a friendly welcoming atmosphere, staff were helpful but not pushy. I really felt taken care of and enjoyed my shopping experience tremendously! Emily was especially amazing and really made my day. Went from overwhelmed to content with my choice so thank you!

Took my daughter for her school shoes and amazing customer service by Faye (I think her name was). She said she?d only been there 2 weeks but she answered all of my questions and was very patient with my 4 year old. Didn?t expect to get the job done so swiftly, she is a credit to the team!

Amazing service from Emily who helped my daughter obtain her first pair of laced shoes a few months ago and today my kids remembered her when we were looking for new shoes for my son. Emily was super helpful and we trusted her expertise in the size and shape of trainers for my son. She gave us multiple options, offered to order to store or home for us and even went out of her way to help show us some elastic laces options. Amazing service and we'll be back again I am sure, asking for Emily. Thank you!
