Got a lash lift and tint and it was horrible!!! It was stinging and she tried to massage my eyebrows which I did not want or ask for and was just weird and I?m pretty sure I now have a stye. Very unprofessional and felt like they did not know what they were doing at allll. Results defo not worth the price either!

Hygiene is TERRIBLE I haven?t seen them ever change the files or even disinfect the table after a visitor. They serve customers in a tracksuit - it's so unprofessional. They are in a hurry to send the visitor away as quickly as they have a walk-in system and people sit and wait. All of these 5 stars have been earned by a £5 Off for a 5 star review on facebook.Terrible

Had my haircut today, and the lady did a good cut. Done properly. Very pleased. I was surprised how reasonable the price was! Good haircut, welcoming staff, and would highly recommend!

I got my nails and a pedi done here recently and the quality is amazing. Gel acrylics with aura like design and honestly they've exceeded my expectations with the inspo pic, both acrylic, shape and actual quality was done immaculately, all staff were so incredibly kind!

I am giving 4 stars because this place is quite nice, the owner/manager is friendly the same with other staff except the man who did my nails. I was very uncomfortable, and was still wearing my back pack while my nails were being done. I did not have the chance to take it off. Also when drying my nails up, had to lean forward to reached the machine. When it'sdone he took the arm rest from his side ready for the next customer. I don't normally write a review however I feel like I should say this, everyone should be treated the same way no matter who you are.

Would not even give 1 star!! The service was so bad here do not come here!!!! The staff is so rude they were speaking about me in Chinese and swearing saying dirty things. I can?t even repeat what was said not even sure if I can say it on here!! But they spoke about my weight and my nose and other things about my private parts. Which I actually understood fluently as my dad is part Chinese and fluent in Cantonese I picked up the language growing up. They didn?t realise I could understand them but I did. I was horrified. I had to get up and leave. They do not take card?? When I confronted the women at the till about their fowl language she began to argue with me I had to walk out. This place has traumatised me it?s so vile pls don?t ever come here this place needs to be shut down and I will be reporting them further!!

Got my nails done and there are wonky seriously unhappy with this as I normally go there but I feel the standards have dropped
