Lovely dependable supermarket with friendly and helpful staff however busy and overstretched they are. I particularly want to praise Mack the security guard who has been a long time worker there. My family have shopped in this branch since at least the mid 1990s. Mack is a familiar sight, clearly committed to his job and teammates and with a professional yet friendly approach to customers.Yesterday I left my wallet on a self service till and Mack ran to my bus stop to return it. What a hero! He should at least be employee of the month. Thank you sooo much?

It's good place, I love to go every week. Most of the house hold items will get here with better price and quality. Don't forget to get Nectar card to get better deals every week.

Use to be Good shopping experience I totally avoid now
You feel uncomfortable as soon as you walk in.
Staff on self service ain't bothered bit brain dead .
I do not like being followed or stared at by Mr security man I've been shopping here over 20 years maybe concentrate on catching people that do steal not loyal customers.
The manger needs to really sort this out the shop is no good staff are dull no customer service or help at all if I could give zero stars I would

The price charged at the checkout was not the same as the one displayed in the store. The staff didn?t seem concerned at all and didn?t even apologize for this.
