WOW! WOW! WOW!
The best pharmacy in reading I have come across in reading. All the ladies are very helpful especially Bron whom is at the front, she always greets me & always asks me how I am & always smiling & very polite & v helpful. Hannah is so polite & very helpful & always greets me & asks me how I am. The other 2 ladies are lovely too! Sorry I don?t know your names. This pharmacy has hugely improved since these ladies have worked here so please don?t go to any other pharmacy. These ladies are approachable & always put the customer first. They have a great sense of humour as they always laugh at my jokes! People don?t understand that they have high work load & somedays they may be short of staff so you need to be patient. They are doing there best! Well done ladies! Thank you so much ladies I do appreciate everything you do for me.

The service and speed definitely has improved at this outlet in the past six months or so. The staffs are now quick and responsive with very professional approach and discretion to the customers.

If only AI could replace pharmacists?. Oh wait that might happen in the near future?. and I?ll probably get better service.
My experience was nothing more than a human looking at a flowchart and telling me what can?t be done. Didn?t register what was being said by the patient but just kept looking at the screen repeating the same thing albeit in a nice way. Other negative reviews now seem warranted and I don?t think sending someone away and expecting them to come back when the situation gets worst is in the best interests of the patient or the NHS.
And please DO NOT use Anima for booking an appt at the GP. Biggest waste of time if you?re trying to secure an in person appointment. It does a great job of giving you an appointment with someone you don?t need to see and as late as possible in a mode that doesn?t work for the condition. I ended up getting a telephone appt with a pharmacist at the GP (after 4 days) who couldn?t help me because they needed to see me and got an appt after work with the pharmacist at the pharmacy to be told they couldn?t help me.

Better these days with the new staff, friendly red head at the service counter, wish they had name tags , my prescription is usually ready for when I arrive, if not ,with the majority of new staff, swift & friendly service, much better ?

Very organised all together. I usually pick my GP prescriptions from here and never had an issue. Staff are nice and polite.

On certain days, it is short staffed, and there is a long waiting time. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars.

Visited today 21st March to pick up a referral peirscripion they didn't find me on system i phoned 111 again they found me then what I assumed to be the pharmacist owner would only give me a few pills for a few days when she was giving them to me she took me in a small room gave me loads of aggressive verble abuse I would get no more 111 referrals from her? . I listened told her I'd give her time to cheer up as I was leaving she shouted out your welcome to go elsewhere.? Now I'm elderly iv never been to doctors or got peirscripion before I live alone I was only needing as person all my life I was only asking what i was entitled to as iv made my naithion insurance payments all my life Has anyone else had a bad experience in this facility. For everyone hopefully she may acquire some professionalism.

Big improvement recently in service, speed, friendliness, efficiency, atmosphere... Grateful! The young lady often on the front counter is pure delight, and it was great to see the pharmacists in the back laughing and chatting as they put together people's scripts etc. Well done guys!
