Had a great meal at Reading Grill. The food was fresh and tasty, especially the ,,shaslik kebab". Friendly service too! Simply the best!

Absolutely diabolical. Placed my order at 15:15 didn't arrive until over 2 hours later. Arrived just caked in grease. Mouthfuls of pure fat from the chicken donner. Lamb donner was full of tough, chewy and fat covered gristle Waste of time and money. Couldn't even eat it. Best part was the canned drinks. Even those weren't cold though.

Ordered a chicken shish as my usual (Harput and Ye Babam Ye) were closed early on Sunday BH. Note: it doesn't come with peppers and onion! I requested all salad, only got onion and lettuce! No tomato or cucumber. Requested only vinegar on chips, they added salt! Chicken doesn't even taste grilled! Very disappointed. Won't be ordering from there again. Lesson learned.

I ordered probably over 50 times from this place, thought they?d have some type of respect for me but 2 times in a row they forgot to bring the drinks I paid for. I called the place and they said they won?t bring em out until next time, the following time they didn?t and the manager I was told would call me didn?t. Last time I?ll be ordering.

Very good quality kebabs, I had a mixed shish. The meat and veg were grilled, the bread was traditional Turkish style.

Ordered at 12 they told me 45 minutes waiting 1and a half hours to get the food when it come it was freezing so I called the shop to complain the driver was the manager so I then asked if there was anyone higher that I could talk to his answer was I don?t know then laughed on the phone to me an absolute joke would never recommend to anyone!

Ordered from here 3 times online now. Each time I have ordered cheesy chips with garlic mayonnaise, they have never got it right. 1st time they forgot the mayonnaise. 2nd time they forgot the cheese & the mayonnaise & tonight, I got just the cheese again!! What?s the point in specifying what you?d like, when you don?t get the order you pay for?

After ordering a takeaway from this place, I was left waiting 1 hr 30 minutes to be told my order was not arriving at all. I requested a refund and now after 4 days they are avoiding making this payment. I still have not received and now the man on the phone for two days running tells me the manager is not answering his phone and is not at work. This is unacceptable and to me sounds like they are avoiding me. Unfortunately this is not their money and as this service was not provided I should be fully reimbursed? I don?t understand how a company can treat customers this way. Do not order online as you may end up with your money being taken and no food!

AUWFUL bad manners, bad delivery time, never answer your call and they'll never refund even with when it's late and their fault they're just money guzzlers bad experience just avoid them
