Primark Reading ? Fitting Room Experience
I would like to share a concerning experience I had at the Primark Reading store. Upon entering the fitting room, the staff member at the entrance scanned my items and entered 6 garments into the system, even though I was clearly holding only 5. When I pointed out the mistake, she corrected it immediately without checking or counting the items again.
While I appreciate the fact that she didn?t argue, this raises questions about how such errors occur ? and how often. For me, this felt like a formal breach of trust. Customers should be able to rely on accurate handling of item counts, especially in a system that records and monitors them.
This may seem like a small detail, but it's important when it comes to fairness, store policy, and customer confidence. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides clearer training or oversight to prevent future issues like this.

Good shop with lots of options. Not their fault, but it can get extremely busy so I would recommend going during low foot traffic hours if possible.

Me and my little sister went shopping and the security guard was talking rubbish saying she?s not allowed in and we was one the queuing to pay she was watching us soon as we starting walking out she was following us and telling the other security guard and they was giving dirty looks to us

Staff at checkout extremely rude. As we were putting our items that we were trying to buy on the checkout she accused us of trying to steal them! We were giving them to her to scan, that is not stealing. The store needs some serious staff customer service training. May be she was a thief, doesn't mean all the customers are! Disgusting way to speak to customers.
