Went to Primark (22/1/24) was all going great UNTIL the cashier JENNY spoke so rudely to my auntie bare in mind English is not her FIRST language , Jenny goes ?do u want a bag?? My auntie nodded saying yes , Jenny then shouts ? HELLO DO U WANT A BAG?!!? Looking all rude that?s when I intervened and helped my auntie like honestly and old woman with all that attitude LOL she needs fixing up gonna be having bad days if I see her again honestly. Ps I know their deleting my reviews just shows how weird they are

The place is amazing, the staff are professional and friendly especially the Amr Elbana at the checkout. Overall people who run this branch are friendly
