I popped into your store in Westfield Stratford City, East London recently to buy some jeans for my daughter. Just wanted to say that the jeans on display there are amazing! Never seen such a great, tidy display of jeans anywhere else as good as these were in your store there! Brilliant.

My daughters brand new Versace trainers birthday gift were damaged due to spillage not cleaned up or sign liars in the Meadowhall store customer service was shocking and asked to send the trainers in at my own risk and cost which is ridiculous after sending pics and store managers seeing the damage ! Due diligence and health and safety issues!

I stand near the front door to hide from the rain. One black guy shouted at me "do not block the door" but I didn't I was just hiding from the rain and will leave soon. This black guy only dare to shout to me coz I am young Asian female. He is so racist.

I recently purchased the following items on getting home I put the clothes on the side to try on later on Trying the clothes on the items didn't fit I was unable to find the recipt but lucky enough I paid on my card so thought there would be no issue as I could present a bank statement. Which shows proof. On contacting the store I was informed that I couldn't use a bank statement and I would need to present an itemised receipt for refund be given....No where on the primark returns policy does it state that a proof of purchase has to be itemised.However understand the consumer right act 2015.You need a proof of purchase but this does not have to be a receipt. It could be a bank statement, credit card or loyalty card statement, for example. It just needs to show that you bought the item at that particular retailer.

sent dress back it was damaged recorded delivery to head office on going since may 2022 over 20pound with postage nothing like us all spent millions to keep this business going.but wont refund and postage back needs to be looked into also have receipt of postage

Primark Shopping centre. Very nice clothing here at very reasonable prices. Top to toe clothing of all kinds. Hats scarves shirts T-shirt jumpers jeans trousers tracksuits. Socks shoes Slipper's sandals all very good priced. I believe closed for refitting?
