Comfortable and clean, the hotel is in the middle of being updated so there is building work going on which wasn't an issue, rooms are in need of an upgrade which is why work is being done. Staff lovely and friendly.

This is the worst PI I have stayed in, black mold all over the bathrooms, fan totally blocked with dirt, dated rooms with old plywood furniture, fire alarm went off in middle of night as someone decided to spray deodorant in the sensor to mask what ever they was on, very noisy place to stay too. And at £150 for the night it's super expensive.

Room was OK but very coldFood & drinks: The vegetarian sausage and bacon were not edible.. they were dried out and hard.. the poached eggs were just about cook...the waitresses were lovely though...

Although I didn't stay there on this occasion, I would expect it to meet the excellent brand standards of a Premier InnI think it's in a perfect location for access to the town centre and local amenitiesHaving the Toby carvery directly opposite is so convenient and provides ample parking for all Visitors, Diners and staying Guests

Came here for breakfast with some guests who were staying. They had a great visit, and the breakfast was delicious with succulent mushrooms and good quality sausages and bacon. Overall an EGGcellent experience, smashing service. Especially Valentina who was very accommodating and friendly.

Overnight stop following a family occasion. Good room and facilities. However, sparce supplies of tea and coffee. You need to ask if you require extras.Walkability: Easy walking distance to Caversham shops or only a little further to central Reading
