I am writing to express my deep disappointment following a recent visit to your store with my mother. We purchased several items, including a nail set which required ID for purchase. My mother did not have a physical ID on her, so she offered to present her official NHS ID on her phone.
However, someone who I think might be the manger not sure but you could see he had some kind of authority over the rest of the staff on duty refused to even look at the digital ID. While we understand that staff have a responsibility to follow store policy, the manner in which we were treated felt unnecessarily dismissive and disrespectful. Given that he outright refused to even acknowledge a valid form of ID, we couldn?t help but feel that this interaction may have been influenced by racial bias, as we are Black. Funny thing he claimed ?his spirt said he shouldn?t check the ?? which is ridiculous but we didn?t wanna argue so we paid for the rest of the things and left
The situation left us feeling humiliated and unwelcome. While store policy must be respected, there should also be room for courtesy, professionalism, and fair treatment of all customers. Based on how we were treated, we are now unsure if we would feel comfortable returning to your store.
We hope you take this matter seriously and ensure your team?especially managers?are trained to handle situations like this with fairness and respect.

It is always fun to go there and shop in addition to look around for their amazing one pound stuff, they have everything, clothes, food, tools, kitchen, bathroom, living room, even garden stuff, go there and you will not regret it, I hope they stay open till late at night

Terrible mess on ¾ of the shelves. And many empty shelves too. Looked like a swarm of kids had been through the place. Wrong price tickets and missing tickets. Obviously, Not enough staff employed there.
