I had the awful job of taking out my sisters kitchen sink sewage pipes & replacing them with the pack they brought & for the life of me could not get the pack to connect with the overflow to go out of the house. I popped down to Wolseley plumb & parts to search for some pieces to connect from their new pipes to the old overflow & the lovely gentleman in there, helped me get my head around being able to use the parts I had to reach & yes, I did have to jump back in the car & get it done before I forgot.. Thank you very much for your help!

Just been to try to get a small part on a toilet flush. First time using the Plumb Centre. Anthony and Ellie were both really helpful trying to help to get the part. Great customer service.

Came in the shop today for a 800x800 shower tray and enclosure and the staff inside the shop whent above and beyond with help and a great saving. ? will always come back to your store. We'll what can I say excellent service again today this is my new go to shop in Reading next day delivery and site drop off

This review goes out to Anthony in particular. I went to the Wolseley branch in Reading to sort an issue out where a previous plumbers used a bonding agent to seal the trap and the back nut. It was a nightmare but Anthony behind the till was very eager to help me and sort this issue out with a piece of rubber and grips. His help saved me alot of stress, he is a true gent and easily the most helpful member of staff I've come across working behind the counter of any shop.Kind RegardsMario
