A* service from Charlotte. The lovely Charlotte was happy to help and was very knowledgable. Charlotte spent time answering all my 5 year old questions and was happy to show him all the hamsters she even got a guineapig out for him to pet. We left with our little furry friend Twinkletoes thanks again for the A* service I was always sceptical buying a pet from a pet shop but Charlotte put my mind at ease.

Kayleigh and Charlotte were amazing when we visited the store with our little one. She helped to explain which pets would be best for a young child and even helped us to interact with the animals, letting our daughter stroke a rabbit and me hold a rat. Very helpful and spoke about a plan for us to come back and buy some animals as well as the whole set up. Super helpful and friendly staff - you made our day ! Thank you

Great customer service. Opened an order once home to find the food was damaged. Rectified immediately and ensured I didn't get a parking ticket for returning within the stated window.

Decent range of pet products.
Parking for all the shops, B&M etc. Restrictions are sign posted, so don't get caught out on the time limit.

Really easy to deal with. I regularly order items for my kitten into store which is so handy and items usually arrive fairly quickly. There's a huge variety of food, toys and health items for pets and they have a vet clinic upstairs (not used yet but it is always busy)

The best pets at home branch for fish. All the fish are in great condition. I have bought many fish from here and they have all done amazing. One improvement would be to the fish system. The fact they advise in all branches on 6 danios or 6 minnows in a 12 Litre Tank is not acceptable. Minnows need 25 Litres minimum and Danios need 40 Litres minimum. Overall. GOOD

The actual place/vets are good the vet staff is amazing and treats everyone with respect but how ever there is one member of staff who's downstairs ( forgotten name ) is quite rude and frankly Disrespectful I bet the staff know who I'm on about
