I should buy shares in this place. My dog gets through snacks at such rate and loves the yack milk chews. So I spend a fortune. Good selection of pet stuff and staff are always genuine and friendly. I actually don't mind that "popping in to get some dog biscuits" will inevitably spiral to spending at least £70.

Put down a perfectly healthy family pet for £300 + Exam fee saying she was exhausted and needed to be.
Too late it transpired she was stoned after eating a little lump of hashish solid that had dropped out a friend's pocket.
If they can't tell the difference they should get a job they can do!!!

The Staff in Reading were amazing. Thank you for taking care of Flopsy. (our rabbit) It was lovely to get him back home. Member of staff Carlos was very kind over the phone and in person as well as other staff that served me. Very friendly and helpful.
If we decide to adopt another rabbit to join Flopsy, we will be back!

I went to the shop to buy fish. I saw many peppered corydoras with damaged barbels and fin rot. Also there were many dead fish including otocinclus and gourami. It is a real shame because the tilehurst branch has fish that are always in amazing condition and I really think that pets at home should resolve the issue at Reading. Some fish were in good condition.

I?m not sure of young man?s name that helped us today but he was great. He was cleaning out the hamsters this morning when we were looking and was really sweet and got one of the guinea pigs out for my daughter to see. It made her morning. He was really helpful and polite letting us know about the session for kids that pets at home do in the week as well. Will definitely be coming back.

Today I visited Pets At Home Whitley Store in Reading, a very helpful member of staff by the name of Vicky, she was very attentive and helpful as well going above and beyond to help myself the customer, great customer service. I would like to show recognition to a good member of staff.
