Pizza sent wasn?t cooked properly. When called to raise issue the receptionist was very rude on 11/01/25 at 7:15pm . Very bad customer service. Never will order . Shame on as was ordering first time but genuinely never buy again xx

Ordered online, tracker showed delivery times which were correct.
A few deals but still expensive.
Chicken side- serving was tiny
Pizza's weren't particularly hot
Pepperoni was too spicy
One pizza I'd done 3 changes (remove and adding) and only the removed bit was done so 3 toppings missing.
Overall it was ok but I'd go elsewhere next time

Ordered two pizzas which are full of chillies and tomato soup. Upon asking she talked very rudely. Never had such bad customer experience ever with papa John anywhere. Bye bye Papa John. Have a look on red chillies quantity in photo.

So I order a Margherita pizza with extra cheese. Barely any cheese to be seen. Tasted mostly of tomato sauce. If all you?re having on a pizza is cheese and tomato (and you order extra cheese) then clearly you want a super gooey/cheesy pizza. The second pizza was a meat feast and also had barely any cheese and the meat toppings were bland.

Almost ZERO cheese on a cheese and tomato pizza -and what little cheese it had on it, it had NO taste, all you can taste is the dough and tomato puree, this is supposed to be a branded pizza place but just tastes like a cheap frozen pizza, waste of money, I would not recommend.

the food took 40 minutes to just be ?delivered?. Was apparently out for delivery for that time, while taking 20 minutes to make. Food was freezing cold and i would not recommend ordering from here.

We have to order over the phone as our address doesn't appear valid for delivery on any of our local sites, but we always get excellent service when we do. Never had a problem with delivery or food quality, and I've always had friendly service. 5/5 would

Placed an order at 9:58pm. The website tracking wasn't working so decided to call the store so I could confirm whether the order was actually placed. Called several times, but they just didn't answer the phone. The store closes at 11pm so they had enough time. You better look somewhere else.
