I returned an item in store that i purchased online and havent got a refund after 3 weeks. The process of putting the item in a draw and getting a code for the refund is terrible (lack of signal inside). Worst experience and im now out of pocket for item i returned.

They?re very rude with people , A woman spoke very disrespectfully to me because I said it was a little fast and she said bye bye I put my staff so I will never go there.

Friendly staff (for the most part) but were extremely pushy about providing personal information to get a receipt. I was ignored several times and it took a couple of minutes just for them to give up and give me a paper receipt.
I can't tell if this is a push from management or what, but it's not acceptable and gives off a terrible experience.

Sascha was extremely helpful and friendly, need more staff like her! She found me the size jeans I needed and everything! Asset to the company!

Wouldn?t give it any stars but no option for that. Their returns in store is ridiculous have to do it yourself. The staff at the tills don?t help at all when asked for help. It?s like they don?t care at all for their customers. It is disrespectful to see young female staff treating customers like that. I get it long day at work and sometimes stressful to work in such a busy environment but seriously why make other people?s day miserable.

Thank you Sasha at tills in Newlook Reading.
I walked in to the store with only one sandal as the other foot broke. I was a little distressed after having to walk with bear footed.
Manage to find a replacement that fit and was greeted by Sasha who was so friendly, patient and just put me at eased.

I have never had such an awful experience as I have had in New look . The store manager AYSE clearly doesn?t know anything about customer service . When I approached her for an exchange she was rude , talking over me , making faces , shouting and didn?t even ask what my concern was . I had to explain her ten times and still she would deny what I was saying . I have worked in retail for 15 years and never met such a horrible obnoxious hunting being as AYSE. Clearly she needs to rethink her role as store manger because I will never put my foot there again .

Awful customer service and I was insulted by the manager when asked for refund policy. I can see many reviews here against the manager and staff. It?s ok to deny the refund but it?s not ok to treat a customer inappropriately. Either change the manager or retrain the 6 years experienced manager. I was asked to leave the store for asking refund policy.
