I went today to the Oracle branch ,needed to withdrawal a fair amount of cash,and the employee was very rude, kept saying that I should use the ATM and I was causing a very big queue there.

The lady at the counter seemed extremely agitated by anybody who asked her anything with constant whispers under her breath at the elderly, the rest of the staff were more than happy to help it's a shame one person can let it down so much

No teller service on a Saturday. So in essence it?s an attended cash machine. Pretty pointless really.
