I had the pleasure of dining at Nando's recently, and I just had to leave a review because of the outstanding service I received from Maja. From the moment I walked in, Maja greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed and offering recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. Her energy was so positive, and she genuinely went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. It?s rare to find service that feels so personal and genuine. Thank you, Maja, for making my visit truly amazing! 5 stars all the way!

my sister didn't answer the delivery driver within 2 minutes, they said they delivered the food and then didn't answer when she called back. multiple calls to try and figure out where it was, they said they had a photo but wouldn't share it with us. food wasn't anywhere. no refund, no offer to replace the food, just an insistence that the food (which would have been stone cold even if they had delivered to the right building) was there when we spent 20+ minutes looking for a 35 pound order. extremely disappointing customer service that led to no resolution.

I love Nando?s! We are lucky to have 2 in Reading and this is the smaller of the 2.
The staff are super friendly and as there aren?t as many tables, the service is super speedy.

We had a really good night! Food was well cooked and tasty (chicken wings), side dishes were very good. Drink fountain. All at a fair price.
The waitress (who speaks Portuguese too) was very friendly, she made the evening even nicer!
