Awful! I would really recommend driving the extra miles and go Wokingham one. The food took over 40 minutes and we had too ask someone too bring it over. The staff member said that it was under the heat lamp done but had too sort it, some time later are food arrives far from hot. I only ate half of it and left. Never again.

I recently visited Nanod?s with my baby in a stroller, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the lack of fairness and professionalism in the service.
When we arrived, we were waiting patiently in the queue. However, the staff member managing the queue allowed two individuals to enter ahead of us, even though we were there first. When we questioned this, she asked if we could let them go ahead. Not wanting to seem impolite, we reluctantly agreed.
While we were waiting, another family with a stroller arrived. To our surprise, they were allowed to enter before us. I noticed that the manager, whose name I saw on his shirt as "Rocket," personally permitted this family to skip ahead of us.
This inconsistent and unfair treatment left me feeling deeply disappointed. It felt discriminatory and unprofessional, and I am unsure how to interpret this behavior.
I hope the restaurant takes these concerns seriously and works toward ensuring all customers are treated fairly and respectfully in the future.

As always the food and service was spot on. It was very busy, and hence noisy but still one of my favourite go to places.

Always love visiting this Nando?s, food is immaculate and staff are on the whole friendly. Everything I?ve tried on the menu has been fantastic, only complaint is during busy times there often aren?t enough sauce bottles for everyone. I would avoid takeaway or delivery though, as portions are often smaller.

Had a very enjoyable meal here with my fam before going to the movies. Highly recommended, staff were all superb, helpful and friendly. Had 1/2chicken, it was as good as ever. Garlic peri-peri sauce is way nicer than the ones u can buy

During our recent visit, we enjoyed exceptional food but encountered disappointing service. We initially requested two tables for four and were surprised to be told there were no available tables, even though three were visibly unoccupied. Opting to sit at one, we found it dirty with peri peri salt and leftover food.
A waitress approached with cleaning supplies, then abandoned them without cleaning the table. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked for the table to be cleaned, only to be questioned, ?why, what?s wrong with it?? Despite the obvious mess, her indifferent ?okay? was void of action.
The waitress continued to walk past our uncleaned table, ignoring its condition throughout our visit. This overshadowed the otherwise enjoyable dining experience crafted by the restaurant's excellent food.

System failure meant they had to turn away their customers, but they?d failed to put a sign up or keep looking outside to save people queuing up when they were never going to get served.

The food is overpriced for the quantity. They didn't care to give my child crayons and colouring paper. They didn't have straws. When we asked where the bathroom was, one of the workers said we didn't have a bathroom. Another employee said the place upstairs.
The place is very dark and empty.

It's a chicken place! Weekends expect to wait 15 min for a table. Order and pay at the counter. Pick up your sauces and bottomless drinks if you paid for some. We had a whole chicken deal which came with 4 sides. Our group was 2x adults , 1 teen and 1 tween. Tbh our teenager looked worried at first as the whole chicken is not that big so I would not recommend this for a group like ours. Chicken was good as expected.
