Fantastic service from Carrie. We were well looked after from the moment we arrived. Food was exquisite, perfectly cooked and came in reasonable time. Great atmosphere and we were pleasantly surprised at the bill when it came, it wasn?t as expensive as we were expecting.

Outstanding service from the moment we arrived. Laura greeting us with a friendly smile and was extremely knowledgeable on the menu and the way our steaks should be cooked. It made our experience extra special. John and his team are doing an amazing job and we prefer to travel 40 minutes then visit our local branch for the service we received. Keep up the great work .

There were 18 of us for my step daughter?s 21st birthday. From the very start of my wife communicating via email to do the booking to the day of the party everything went smoothly other than a couple of unavoidable menu hiccups which was immediately resolved. The food was great and the service from Daisy and her team was absolutely fantastic. Daisy went above and beyond to make the visit a great one and we all had a good time . Next time we are in Reading we will be in to dine again . Thanks to everyone that made it a success. Compliments to the chefs and management team.

We were not told about the set menu offer that was online, chips were under cooked, unable to pay by card with our leaving a tip and have not had a reply to the poor service comment I made online on Saturday after my visit

We came in for a spontaneous Thursday night treat. I?ve never had a bad steak from any Miller & Carters and here was no exception.
Our server James was friendly, polite and very attentive.

The staff were simply fantastic from the beginning, the man that greeted us made my son feel very welcome, and the waiter was just lovely throughout.
The food was delicious and as always the portions compared to similar restaurants were great. (I particularly love the onion loaf)
I have zero complaints, and can't wait to come back.
