Thankyou for sorting my car out without much notice. Harry Hoxley looked after me very well. I was really stressed out by not having my car due to work pressures. He understood the situation I was in and went above and beyond to get my car back to me on time (infact half a day earlier). If I?m honest most garages wouldn?t care so this was massively appreciated! His customer service skills and professionalism 5stars!

I bought my GLE from this dealer, not talking about what price they sold her to me! Which I could buy cheaper anywhere else but has been booked for service three times now since October last year but get the call and they inform me there is no curtesy car which I was promised ! But rebooked again for month ahead but same excuses again!I would never trust Vertu Mercedes-Benz of Reading and will never ever use them again!

John Feliciano is amazing! We have no clue why our car engine warning light was on and off in December 2023 and March 2024. Although the service team can't spot the error in the report, John still discussed it with us and brainstormed the potential cause. I can feel that he really wants to find the root cause of the fault and solve the car's problem. Additionally, he is very friendly, professional, and provides exceptional service.

I've used Mercedes Reading for a few years now and the service has always been great. My car went in for its annual service in November but needed some additional work, however the parts were not available. I'd forgotten about it, but out of the blue Mercedes Reading contacted me to say they had come in and they would arrange to pick up my car and fit them. Very proactive and above expectations. Les who picked up and dropped off was very friendly and efficient and James Woods and the team did a superb job. Definitely the extra mile and the level of service is what brings me back here. Would highly recommend them.

It's been a full month since I took over her and it's been a wonderful experience driving my GLB200 Exclusive Launch Edition. Thanks to the professionalism of the Vertu Mercedes team, I am very pleased with the delivery process. I am especially grateful to the staff member responsible for my account, Calvin Chan, who was very knowledgeable in his field, and patient in listening, explaining and following up. Calvin was very friendly and it has been my pleasure working with him throughout the entire buying process, from showroom visit to car handover.

Unfortunately having been a client for several years for our 3 Mercedes Benz vehicles, as a result of experiencing too many issues with the poor service and repairs to our vehicles, we will not be back. It is apparent Vertu Reading are struggling seriously with lack of skilled Mercedes Benz technicians, and this is reflected in the poor quality of workmanship and inability to resolve any issues. Long delays with lack of parts, lack of engineers. Unfortunately we do not trust them or the expertise of their engineers, so will be making alternate arrangements moving forward.

Do not take your car for servicing. Kept my sl600 for two weeks. Always never having parts. Long delays while your vehicle sits there. Advised transmission pump needed replacement. Nearly bought an expensive part from another supplier as they could not and after claiming they pressure tested and part was required. Not trusting them I pressure tested with Star Motors in Reading who have Mercedes diagnostic equipment and result was the pump was fine. This dealership has no engineers and what is left is incompetent. Our other Mercedes vehicles have had long delays on parts or repairs done only to have new issues due to shoddy servicing. Now looking for a new dealership.

Todor was very friendly and helpful when I went in for a test drive! Answered all of my questions and made sure to understand what I already knew about the vehicles and what I wanted to find out rather than just assuming what I would want to know. The team was knowledgeable about the vehicles and and didn't try to pressure my decision as I weighed the differences of each. Todor even drove me back to the train station when it started raining.

On the phone I want to book the check for the coolant warning light, they said they charge £149 for the diagnosis. That's a lot. Connect the car with obd device and check the error code doesn't cost this money.
