Nice website, shame about the service and reality.Booked in advance for wheel alignment but when I arrive only one person working and I was told i would have to wait until other cars had been dealt with with no idea how long. What is the point of booking a time slot if it means nothing.

Very happy with the service and price at MD tyres. I got a flat tyre whilst going to work and without notice they brought a tyre in and replaced it within 30mins. :)

Called them to get brake pads changed and they told me to come for 2:30. Arrived there and they said they can?t work on it u til 4:00pm. I went back at 5:30pm to see that my car hasn?t been moved and the owner says he ?couldn?t turn my car on?. (It is a simple push start button on a BMW 3 series 2007). This was ridiculous and took my keys and left. This is the second time that I?ve wasted my day going to them. Honestly wouldn?t not recommend.

Exceptional service today from Sam and the rest of his team. Friendly, genuine guys who gave me a great deal on having all four tyres replaced. Ended up with a burst tyre after hitting a pothole and had to wait for green flag to change the wheelPhone the lads from MD and they had a tyre there bear in mind this was 17.30 on a Saturday and I was 200 miles from home they sorted me out can?t praise them enough thanks again boys
