Last two deliveries have had something wrong. It's not difficult to tell between a McMuffin and a Flatbread, or make sure someone gets the correct drink.

I don't expect to much from McDonald's but this was the worst I have ever had. Barely Luke warm burger and under cooked chips. When I mentioned it to a member of staff she shrugged smiled and walked off

Probably the worst MacDonalds I've ever been to - took 25 minutes for a basic order and one 'hot' chocolate was ice cold and the other drink was outright wrong. It took about 40 minutes in total to get my correct order, including all the standing and waiting.
Not sure what was the cause of the holdup in the kitchen, was clearly not spent on accuracy or decency. The restaurant was not packed by any means but everyone at the counter was complaining about a wrong item or a cold item.

It?s rubbish i went for a drive with my boyfriend as he works nightshifts one time we asked for a meal and they forgotten the chips. Then I went the over weekend and I got the wrap of the day and it was cold, than another time I ordered another wrap, got told to park up. Waited 20 bloody minutes, so I got out the van and asked what was taking so long and they looked at me like I was talking a foreign language. Completely forgot and now just tonight as I get to the order station, and the tills go down. Then I had to reverse a big van out of the drive thru. Absolute pisstake

Well below the standard of other McDonald?s restaurants. As others have said, the drive thru is a joke because they usually make you park up (in the tiny, usually full car park), even when it?s not busy. The food is very inconsistent; sometimes fresh, sometimes cold and stale.
For deliveries, it?s even worse! Food is usually cold and is regularly missing key items from the order, such as a Breakfast Wrap or McMuffin. It?s a massive pain to dispute these issues as it?s handled by Uber and they?ll at most give you a pathetic partial refund. It would be better if the restaurant could get the order right in the first place! All it would take is a quick double-check before handing over the order.
Parking: Very small car park. Click & Serve bays are usually occupied by normal customers, disabled bays are usually occupied by customers waiting for the ?drive thru? to bring their orders out.
