It was a depressing night. Not in a good mood already at all haven?t eaten a THING all day or drank anything all day so I got McDonald?s off Deliveroo. My food came cold not happy about it at all I ordered 2 ketchup packets which didn?t come and my drink didn?t come. So I tried calling them and I know I?ve ordered it because what else would I have ordered ? DonaldsMc? No. When I phoned up I told them the issue and it was a young lady who passed the phone to someone who sounded like an angry middle aged man. When I was telling him the issue he said it?s obviously a lie and it would have said on the Deliveroo that the sprite is all ran out. At this point I was fuming . I am not lying and was not lying so I explained that to them and they ignore me. After ignoring me for 5 mins now I had it and said I would complain. Still no response so I end the call and I?m writing this now. I?m not lying I?m not a liar and this is my order number ?09587? it is a real Deliveroo number which they called fake. Not happy. Will not be ordering from here any time soon. Noor should any of you.

Be prepared to park up after every drivethru visit! Whether you order a coffee or a family meal, "please can you park up and we will bring it out to you".
Reading Gate McDonald's 10mins away, I never park up or have to wait at the window.

The McDonald's at The Square, Chalfont Way, Lower Earley, Reading commendable for its excellent service and cleanliness. All kiosks are functional and print receipts efficiently. Additional items like spoons, straws, and napkins are abundantly available. Chairs and tables are clean and undamaged.
The ordered food is served accurately, with fresh, well-cooked fries and a tasty burger. The staff actively maintains cleanliness, promptly clearing tables as soon as customers leave. Restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
Parking is adequately marked, with regularly emptied trash bins, though better lighting would be beneficial. Overall, this McDonald's location deserves high praise for its quality and service.

The ice machine is never working. But what that means is, you can actually see the amount of drink you have been given. A small drink should contain 250mm of liquid. A medium drink should contain 400mm of liquid. Both of our drinks contained significantly less than these amounts. This is basically theft, not giving us the full amount of drink we have paid for.

Worst McDonald's. Always forgetting items, treated family to a birthday breakfast and ALL hash browns missing ? Always forgetting dips, milkshakes often unavailable. Staff overwhelmed by online orders so eating in is unpleasant. Poor experience all round. Time to go elsewhere. Shame as it was much better before.

This McDonald's is beyond a joke, at least 50 % of the time there mess up the order. If you are in the drive through you have the ability to check your order and find the mistake they have made and wait for them to amend it. Unfortunately when you have the food delivered you have to accept the wrong or missing items which is very frustrating. How hard can it be to get this correct.

Just went through drive thru, my wife Big Mac was so poorly put together with both burgers in the lower section along with everything else & nothing between the middle bun & the top bun, also the bun was over cooked & very brown. I ordered a double cheese burger, when I got home I discovered it was just a single. The flurry was melted & runny before I even left the car park. Very poor all around
