Absolute Horrible customer service today! My McDonald?s App glitched basically it glitched it took my money but the Order cancelled at the same time. Was a pain to get a refund on my card. Had to speak to 2 Managers to get it sorted. Not just that the food was a long wait. The staff was respectful but the service was just awful. I rather travel Further to a different McDonalds branch then go here. Nightmare!

I purchased food from McDonald?s in the forbury last night 6/12/2024 order numbers 98 and 02 three fillet meals 2 with water and one with coffee and I noticed the coffee taste strange I thought it was just me, this morning I feel sick I tried calling the restaurant to inform them that they need to clean their coffee machine and replace fresh milk and not just top it up because I didn?t want someone else to get sick however no one picked up the phone so the reason for this post
