The published opening times for this branch are the same, every day of the week, both on the door and on McDonalds? website. Open to midnight it says. They never stay open to midnight, not even on Fridays and Saturdays.
Having walked there and arrive d hungry one Friday evening at 23:05, the doors were locked and the staff were cleaning up. They said they were closed.
Another time we were eating in there at 21:30 and they closed the section of the restaurant we were seated in and asked us to move before we had finished so that they could clean. I knew what they were doing and I asked what time they closed and the woman cleaning said 22:30. This was a Saturday and the place was full of people picking up orders. Unbelievable! I then went to the counter and asked the server what time they closed and she told me 22:30 but the drive-thru stays open until 01:00. It certainly does not.
DO NOT expect late night food from this restaurant. They?re never open after 23:00. So annoying! If you?re so lazy to close early every single night, just change your published opening hours.

It's horrible by Mc Donald's staff that you are dining in and they kick you from a dining area before 22:00 or they started to push out everyone 22:40. There doesn't exist a customer law or opening times

The issue is the drive thru. No matter time, day or order... you will be told to park up an wait. Wouldn't be an issue if there was more than 10 parking spaces. So everyone then has to fight for somewhere to dump their vehicle an idle, which causes issues for people coming in, people who are trying to leave... the 50+ uber eats an just eat delivery drivers hovering around. It's insane. If you're ordering a standard menu item there is no reason you should have to park up an wait, that was literally the whole ethos of mcdonalds, kitchen to counter in 60 seconds or something like that... watch the founder movie you'll see what I mean.

Slow service, prioritising drive through and deliveries over restaurant customers. No customer service, restaurant was very dirty, tables not clean, toilets in a disgusting state. Only had a take out coffee which I now wished I paid extra and went somewhere else.

Pleasant staff. It is very convenient to order food. Of course, the food is also delicious.
We were pleasantly surprised by the tablets on the large table. Parents have something to keep the kids busy. There are also traditional colors.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to McDonald?s was overshadowed by a disappointing experience with the staff. From the start, they seemed uninterested and dismissive. When I asked a simple question about the menu, I was met with an irritated response, making me feel like I was a bother rather than a valued customer.
The service felt rushed, and my order was handed over with 1 portion of fries missing and salt on the fries when even though I told them I want fries without salt. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I parked the car and went in and explain them but I felt that my experience didn?t matter to the team working there so I got refunded and return the food back.
McDonald?s usually delivers fast, friendly service, so this was unexpected. I hope the staff at this location can improve their approach to create a more welcoming environment for everyone.
