I went to Matalan 23rd, on Sunday around 1pm ish, the lady on the fitting room, she was white with brunette hair was so lovely and polite and very helpful. She has helped me make decisions and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.

I went to Matalan today Tuesday 25 feb around evening time around 5 pm.i chose iteam I wanted to get and was ready to purchase.upon going to till area I wanted/preferred to go to be served by the staff there.There was a Asian((Indian) staff in till I put my iteams on the counter expecting me to be served by the staff.Seconds later the staff tells me if ?I was purchasing with card or cash?. I responded ?I?m paying by card ?after telling her that she rudely told me to use self checkout and she to not waste her time.I i felt really disappointed as I prefer staff serving me.In the end I had no choise to use aco were a nice lady helped me scan and do my transaction she done a better job then the staff on the till.
I would suggest mangers to train there staff on how to approach customers and to help/serve them the lady in the till should not be working there . There should be other staff working on tills that are friendly and kind .for the lady on aco she was wonderful and helpful.

30% off ladies wear today, so popped in.
1 staffed till and the rest were self service.
Good parking, inc disabled parking just outside the doors.
Access into the car park can now be made via the Starbucks (if that's the way you're arriving), but you can't get out that way.
