We attended a wine tasting in preparation for a forthcoming wedding. It was most helpful as Claudio (assistant manager) introduced us to some excellent wines that we might not otherwise have considered. He was mindful of our tastes and our budget and was most informative and helpful. We left with a clear idea of the wines we'll choose and be putting in an order soon.

Love Majestic! It was my first time visiting Reading and I got more than I wanted. Grace, the store manager was very welcoming and extremely helpful with deciding on wine choices

Tried to order via delivery service with over an hour before store closing. They rejected the order. Placed another one for different items figuring the first weren?t in stock, refused that as well. Tried phoning and no answer. I had the same happen the next day. Finally drove down when I had time, and the wines I was ordering were right there in front of the counter. Frustrating that they offer a delivery service when it doesn?t work.

Got married recently and bought the wine and champagne from Majestic. Did the wine tasting at the Reading branch. Claudio was very patient with us, very knowledgeable, and helped us make up our minds. Our guests, including some that work in the wine industry, loved the selection - Majestic has the option to return 25% of the bottles from a wedding order but we loved it so much that we kept it all. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you so much Claudio!

We thoroughly recommend Majestic Wine. They offer a small selection of wines to taste at their store but we ended up buying more bottles to choose from at home. They delivered on time for two separate events and the wines we chose were delicious and had a good price. We also appreciated being able to return up to 25% of unused boxes of beer/bottles of wine. We will continue to use Majestic for our events.

Exceptional experience!
We visited this Majestic Wines shop earlier today and had the privilege to meet sommelier Claudio who looked after us extremely well. He is an absolute asset for such business and we are 100% coming back to see him. The wine selection is very vast, customer service is outstanding and we are now feeling like we are on holiday, happy, relaxed and excited. Superb! ?

First time ever to this place.Nice service, knowledgeable staff.The sales man gave advice and information regarding all wine we have chosen and he helped us to choose the right bottle of red aswell (a nice 2004 Vina Albina which was the best choise for me, taste is amazing )Who ever has negative reviews for this place are simply attention seekers or over reacting snowflakes.Definitely will recommend this store and will return

Horrible service!! My husband and I generally spend well over £200 when we purchase wine.The one sales staff on duty paid attention to just one couple the entire time, never acknowledged us and had the audacity to take a bottle of wine out of my hand to sell to someone else without a word of explanation and when we asked him about that, he replied that it was a higher priced wine anyway at £29. We had already chosen 4 bottles of wine at a similar price point and felt that he was implying it was out of our price range.This company has just lost our patronage.
