I had such a lovely experience at Lush Reading. I was served by Haleemah and she was so lovely and informative when helping me pick the right products. She really took her time to explain all the different products she suggested, and was so patient with me when I had any questions. She made my shopping experience such an amazing one! I?ll definitely be going back!

We popped in today as a family, I was having a pretty stressful day and lush usually cheers me up. But today I was really disappointed with Reading Lush. No one approached us or acknowledged we were there. It was actually a customer who said hi and spoke to my child. I thought it might have been because staff were busy, but there was a group of 3/4 staff chatting at one point. I didn't even feel comfortable to approach anyone to try anything. I did buy a couple of products, but I don't think I'll be returning in a hurry :(

Popped in with my little niece, Robin and was approached by the lovely Louise who took her time and showed us lots of fun products in store. I have to give a massive shout-out to the Lush Reading store, and in particular to the absolute superstar that is Louise. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and genuine care that I honestly felt like I was talking to an old friend rather than a sales assistant.
Louise didn?t just help me find products she took the time to really listen to what I needed, offered thoughtful recommendations, and explained everything in such a knowledgeable yet approachable way. She has this amazing balance of professionalism and kindness that makes you feel completely looked after.
What truly stood out was her hospitality she made me feel welcome, valued, and never rushed. It?s rare to meet someone who clearly loves what they do and goes out of their way to make the customer experience so special.
Honestly, Louise has all the qualities of a brilliant manager leadership, product expertise, empathy, and a natural talent for making people feel at ease. Lush, if you?re reading this: please promote her! She?s a credit to your brand and a big reason I?ll be coming back to this store again and again.

I was served by the lovely Kat today - she was super helpful in helping me select some signature combinations for the sprays & body mist despite how picky and precise I was being! She helped me pick out 2 perfumes and 2 body mists that go absolutely SUPERB together when paired accordingly (and yes, I was stubborn enough to want to smell them all atleast a bunch of times each before I could decide!). Kat immediately knew the types of scents I would like and Introduced me to 3 new scents which I cannot get enough of!! Not only that but she was absolutely bubbly with a great personality. The service was exactly what I needed as I was getting things super last minute for move abroad to Thailand! Thank you for the lovely service today Kat & lush reading team. Best wishes!

A great fun session with Kat at Lush in Reading for me and my 4 year old. We made bath bombs and experimented making bath bomb volcanoes. Really friendly and clear in her instructions and my daughter wanted to do it all over again, so we'll definitely go back.

I had help from the lovely lovely Eleanor and she was incredible. Not only was she really knowledgeable about the curly hair care products? she took the time to explain each and every one she felt would work for the type of treatment I needed. She was so so lovely and smiley and just a really sweet person that i felt so comfortable to chat to!! She was genuinely incredibly brilliant - thank you Eleanor!! ??

Kat?s enthusiasm and friendliness had me leaving a happy costumer.

Leaving a comment because I was delighted the other day when I got back from work and my partner had brought be some treats including some bath bombs from lush and he only told me today that he got a bath bomb extra for no charge as he had a assistant helping him and when he told them I was having abit of a rough time at the moment they said thats on them and grabbed another bath bomb for me.
Something so small means a lot and I really appreciate it unfortunately I don?t know who it was but we need more people like you in the world and thank you very much for making me smile ?

Haleemah went above and beyond while helping me pick out a new curly hair routine. She took the time to show me how each of the products work and she kindly gave me a scalp massage, too! I really appreciated her expertise and explanation of the different ingredients and for suggesting things I wouldn?t have typically reached for. Such incredible customer service, would highly recommend ??

My daughter (10) had an excellent party at Lush Reading today. Our party leader was amazing - full of enthusiasm and energy. The games were really fun and all of the children at the party had a great time! Other shop staff were very friendly and helpful too. It was very interactive and my daughter's favourite party! Thank you, would highly recommend.

Popped in today for some shampoo & conditioner. Lee came over and helped me. He was amazing. Really knowledgable and helpful and so friendly. Can?t recommend him enough. Made me smile.
