This shop is so lazy they can?t even get into work on time. It never opens at the right time. I have just been to the store at 7:40 and is still closed. It?s like they open when they feel like it. I wouldn?t mind but it?s expensive as well. If it wasn?t for the convenience I wouldn?t even use it. The amount of times I have been charged more than the label says I have lost count.

Advertise your correct times, says close at 10pm and when you close earlier then that

My 14 year old son went there, he was looking for a basket (which they hadn?t put out). He had no choice but to put items in his bag but security made him feel humiliated and acted like he was a thief BEFORE he had even gone to the till. He went there everyday but no more.

Great staff, can always have a laugh & chat with them, prices are fair & reasonable, always given great customer service. Owner is very friendly as well!

It is one of those shops that tries to get benefit and rip you off for a Prime drink selling them for £4 when retail price is £2. It is a shame to carry a global brand like SPAR name and do those practices. Two stars because I used to be a customer there without any issue before that.

Disgraceful service....Had a argument with the security person here ,who was not in any uniform or had ID showing....over a UPS pick up. Staff where unhelpful and unapologetic regarding the incident.Won't be frequenting that place again!!

The owner bought the store next door so he can monopolise and charge higher prices. Its a very expensive shop for a convenience store and everything is charged up.Its very disappointing for the locals but staff are super friendly and very helpful but I'd rather walk 5 minutes to the Oxford Road and use the Exotic Superstore where prices are 20 per cent cheaper.

Great Covid precautions in place. A good range of essentials including fresh fruit and veg. Very fairly priced for a convenience store.Staff are always helpful, happy and polite.Flat entrance and wide enough isles just, to get a pushchair, mobility scooter or a wheelchair around.

Great range. Not just your average Londis, some interesting items in there. Great friendly staff. Nice hot cabinet with samosas and hot dogs. Usual Londis prices. Great location in the middle of a housing estate. Reasonable parking.

I visit this shop everyday, and cannot fault the stock they have. Their customer service is second to none, and the staff are always available to say hi, have a chat or a giggle.Amazing service. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Thankyou!

went to drop off a parcel staff told me parcel was packaged wrong even though I package all my parcels like this and send them to different shops. made me wait to see if they could accept the parcel then came up with a rubbish excuse of needing a invoice to send a parcel waste of time and quite frankly and poor customer service
