I came here to wash my car every week. The self car wash itself is good and I have no complaints of that. My complaint is for the 60 pound fine I received twice for overstaying their 20 minute mark, which in my opinion is not much time if you have done a 14 minute wash and then need to hand dry.
But to be fair they had a sign, not very clear IMO that there was a fine for overstaying 20 minutes, and then they added a new one after I contested the charge. But sure, fine paid and now I will be doing my business elsewhere. Plenty of stations in Reading that have sensible policies in regards to time on the lot.

Friendly, helpful, professional staff. It is a well-stocked shop which is clean and tidy. Clean, spacious forecourt. There's a Costa Express. A jet wash. There are extra long hoses for when fuelling.

Popped in today for the first time to get a lighter for the Mrs. Have to say, the old gentleman working at the counter was so lovely, I believe I have actually met a friend for life. (well the short remainder of his.) He was the most respectful, useful and hard working staff member I have ever met in a retail store. Thank you for blessing me with a friend Londis.

The old gentleman working at this petrol station is very rude and impolite. I have been verbally disrespected. Absolutely no customer service.

Most awful experience at petrol station I have ever had. The pump wasn't working for me and when I went inside, no one was at the counter and we had to call in for the assistant to come out from the back room. He happened to be typical rude Asian guy who didn't even apologize for making customers wait and instead of helping me he started laughing at me and moking me in front of other customers that I must have put the wrong fuel in the tank (which I didn't) and cut off the pump without telling me. Absolute disrespect and gutter level service. Avoid avoid avoid, there are other petrol station with amazing staff behind the counter who are pleasure to deal with.
