Went as had 20% off but not happy about the scent used on the paper in the bag as it gave me a headache and receipt is difficult to read as prices appeared different in store on receipt but did get discount. Probably go back to using m&s. Went again recently to get birthday gift. Looks like the almond oil shower in the free birthday gift was off. There looks like something is growing in it. Won't buy again in there.

I was really impressed by the service in the Reading store. The sales advisor Felicity went above and beyond my expectations and was super lovely. Thank you for helping me purchase my new night serum. I will definitely be back on the lead up to Christmas.
