Came in yesterday as I had an issue and spoke to someone guy think his name was Thierry around 2:30 and all I can say is he's rude and disrespectful he was firing me questions witch was fine but as I was trying to answer him his attitude was you keep on interrupting me and I was interrupting him because I was trying to answer the questions and then he decided to tell me there is a zero tolerance and he isn't going to help me my issure wasnt resolved and i think as a company you need to train your staff to deal with autistic individuals because we prefer conversations that are direct, and if your staff can't handle people with mental health then they shouldn't be in customer service so I will be taking this further as I left felling as i said before disrespected

Having experience with several other banks, I can confidently say that Lloyds Bank met my expectations. For me, it is the best bank in the UK.

Extremely disappointed with the service at the Reading Lloyds Bank branch.
The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issue. I expected at least a basic level of courtesy and support, but unfortunately, that was missing. Very frustrating experience and not what I would expect from a major bank

Systems down, long queues, not enough staff. Very slow service. Lagging behind other banks, disappointing service after banking with Lloyds for 20 years. Will be leaving them soon.

0345 numbers are chargeable & have now cost me in excess of £18.00 & wiped out my call allowance on my mobile! I cannot distribute funds to family, as cheques are declined & BACS payments are now being declined too despite there being more than enough funds to pay out!

Long queues an avoidable problem. Once you can get your hands on a staff member, they're invariably helpful. Are the managers blind or myopic? I know they are instructed to economise on staff, but this is lunatic parsimony and numerous potential new customers walked out.
My comments are based on numerous failed visits, not just one.

I got my application cancelled twice because my name was an issue. I wouldn't have been upset the first time, but being told it was a problem for a second time infuriates me. I?ve come back and have the same issue with my name when I followed exactly what I was instructed the previous time I had to verify my ID. At this point, my name isn?t the problem; the terrible employees are.

My credit card pin number has failed to arrive. There is no option on pin services and the automatic system only allowed for a new pin for my husband's card, not for mine, which is the one that has failed to arrive. What are you supposed to do if you can't get to a branch?
