Pathetic service always give wrong orders when we go through drive through for collection?Orders wraps from drive through but this 4th time I am receiving wrong order. It is very frustrating when we come home and check the order. Always issue of giving wrong orders. And when we call and complain manager argues on the call and went back to return the wrong still they were arguing we us . Very very disappointing

We had a big party order and the staff were great at handling it. Friendly and efficient. Unlike other kfc I've visited, this one didn't miss any of our order off so that a massively plus for us.

Went through drive thru, ordered meals to then come home and there was 2 kids burgers instead of 2 kids popcorn chicken meals... so had to drive back.. to get the correct meals AND a refund to compensate for having to drive back, correct their mistake and also come home to eat my food that is now cold.
The manager was completely not apologetic nor understanding, got told by the woman that I hadn't been clear with my order even though she understood when I ordered as to what I said.
Staff training by both team members and managers I'd a definite must. - complaint handling, reading orders back, politeness etc etc.
Would get treated better in a pub establishment than a fast food restaurant.
I got the correct meals but no refund - poorly dealt with.
I suggest when people order here, speak slow and clearly, do their jobs I guess and read the order back and again do their jobs and triple check bag.

The chicken wasn't fried recently. Can tell its been sitting there for a while. The fries was missing that seasoning that I'm used to from other stores.
