Lift broken, accessible toilet on the first floor. No at table service holders which would help with aforementioned accessibility needs. Just not good enough, would never have come in had I known this.

I recently visited KFC, hoping to enjoy a meal of crispy fried chicken, but my experience was nothing short of appalling. As I bit into my piece, I discovered a chicken feather embedded within the batter! Shocked and disgusted, I immediately approached the staff about this. Instead of an apology or any hint of concern, they casually dismissed it, stating, ?This is the kind of chicken we get from up, and then we batter and serve it to you.?
This is completely unacceptable. KFC should prioritize food quality and cleanliness, not serve customers meals that are clearly prepared with zero attention to detail. If this is what KFC considers ?normal,? then they are failing miserably. I?m utterly disappointed and disgusted. I won?t be returning until KFC commits to providing properly prepared, safe food for its customers.?
