Another excellent no hassle service from the Reading Branch. Fitted new rear brakes to my daughter's Toyota Aygo. Both guys in reception where helpful and friendly. Enjoy the cakes (don't forget to share " sharing is caring" ??). Thanks.

Booked in for a last minute MOT seen straight away with a great waiting area. When the car failed they gave me a fair price and a time scale with a free retest. So I can back later on told the work would take two hours only took one. Paid exactly as quoted with no issues. 10/10 great service big shout-out to Sean and Simon for the amazing service!

I recently brought my car here to have an RAC inspection. I was told the inspection could not be done as the water pump had seized and caused engine damage and that I needed a new engine. Having recovered the car home I had the car checked by a mechanic who stated that all the car needed was a new water pump and belt. I won?t be using this place again. If you take your car here then get a second opinion before spending any money based on their diagnosis.

I just wanted to say thank you to the young man on reception. I got a flat on the M4 and knew of the petrol station near your premises.I did not know of your premises and saw it so I went in.. He helped me put the spare on as I was unable to wait for a slot.Unfortunately my car has an issue with immobiliser. I explained this to him a dche let me leave the car there for a bit so I could return and start it as it needs to wait for a bit.Thanks again to the young man at the branch just of Basingstoke Road Reading. I would recommend this place. Very clean and big waiting area ????

Best garage I have ever been to.Thank you so much to Jordan who checked my car when the engine management light came on. I bought the car less than a month ago from a second hand dealer, and thanks to Jordan's report, I found out it was extremely dangerous to drive! I honestly don't think I'd have got my refund for the car from the dodgy dealer if it hadn't been for your video report. Thank you so much!

Had a low tyre pressure warning on the M4, so I called In n out and the manager Simon booked me in straight away. They checked the tyres and concluded there was no puncture. They did not charge me despite taking the time to check all tyres for 15-20 minutes. Great service, very honest garage and team. Highly recommed.
