I visited Indigo Rye yesterday. So very pleased with my hair. Riley listens and understands exactly what I want. I had a blow dry after with a lovely young lady who had only been doing hair for a year, but as a hairdresser myself I was very impressed with her blow drying skills.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Love this salon! Fantastically friendly staff, very very patient as well. I've had my hair done there twice now. Loved the result both times! Second time I went (today), I had mixed up the times and arrived at the wrong time. This meant that I couldn't have my colour done. But, despite me being late, they were still able to at least get my cut done for me! And they were extremely patient with me and my mix-up. Both stylists that have done my hair were extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this salon! Wonderful experience!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Absolutely disgusting service by Amanda. Made a booking well in advance by email after a lot of to and fro to find a date that worked. Organised childcare for the babytravelled for 45 minutes and arrived with a very excited 12 year old only to be told that Amanda hadn't booked us in and they couldn't see us. After being a customer for 10 years. Never again, avoid, avoid, avoid! Rachel and Eddie are great but unfortunately Amanda is managing the place

My first 2 cuts with an experienced stylist (Sarah) were fine. On the morning of my 3rd cut with Sarah, I was called and asked if I could come earlier - no reason was given - but I agreed to accommodate them. When I arrived I was surprised to discover my appointment was no longer with Sarah but with a 1 month qualified novice, and shocked when I realized Sarah was working on a different client close by. It was implied that there had been some mix up in the booking. I emailed the salon later that day and asked why this happened and for assurance it would not happen again. No reply.If you like to stick with one hairdresser - the one you name when you make an appointment, you might be disappointed here.Service: Hairstyling

Absolutely fabulous. Sarah was professional and honest with my daughter about her restyle. The service was impeccable from the initial phone conversation. And all this for the amazing price of £30 for under 20s. We will definitely be returning.
