When u told them it?s Triple foam for taxi then the getting rude and don?t care at all it?s better to didn?t wash cuz wheel all dirty all car one place clean 10 place left dirty wasted journey.Was told just wash it. Rude staff just couldn?t be bothered to work. Never using them again cuz the don?t really care about staff?

I recently visited Ceramic XTR Cashwash at IMO Reading and I must say, I was left thoroughly disappointed. Despite the promising name and the relatively high price tag of 19 GBP, the results were far from satisfactory.Firstly, the quality of the wash did not justify the cost. My car emerged from the wash with noticeable dirt spots still clinging to its surface, which defeats the purpose of paying extra for a supposedly superior clean.Furthermore, considering that anything over 11 GBP feels like a waste of money here, I couldn't help but feel ripped off. There was a lack of attention to detail and the overall value for money was severely lacking.

Wow! I can honestly say that my experience today was the best car wash service ever. So friendly, happy and kind. And so hard working. Very reasonable prices too considering the exceptional standard. I went in with a very tired, dusty muddy Mini and came out with a shiny clean car that had such a good interior valet that it looked like a brand new car. The team were so nice, overseen by the lovely manager who was so kind. He even gave me a blanket for my elderly rescue dog. Thank you so much, I can?t recommend you all highly enough. I?ll be back.

Use this all the time, put both cars though as it's cheap enough to do them both once a week.

Had the diamond wash and my car came out sparkling. Got rid of all the moss on the window sils. Will definitely visit again. Friendly staff too!

Thought I?d shared this already, but they?re the best in town. I come here on a regular basis with all my cars and they know exactly how to look after them. They even brought my wife to tears once.Good ownership/management and caring staff who genuinely care about their work and they work hard.

The best car wash in Reading. Great customer service. Always very friendly and very quick. Reasonable price and more efficient than any other Auto car wash in Reading. Highly Recommended.

Very nice place. I mean for a normal car it's perfect and pricing is quite good in general. Did pay £5 for something but honestly didn't notice a difference and got dirty same as always. But overall very good place. The employees there are also friendly and hard working ??
