Smaller IKEA comparing to Southampton resulting in not all items being sotcked. Car park is located across the road so if it rains your shopping in the basket gets wet. The car park evators are super slow... But it is IKEA with all the usual items and layout. The bonus is it only spreads across 2 levels.

We queued for 45 min at reading store tonight. Very little staff. One server on each food counter and one till for two food counters. Know one was cleaning or clearing tables, customer behind me found me a food trolley. Member of public came to our lane to collect trays as they had run out. This is not the service we expect.

IKEA Reading is a classic. It's a huge hub for affordable furniture and home goods, famous for its showroom maze and Swedish meatballs. Be prepared for big crowds and long queues. Great for value, but needs patience to navigate.

Great food, got what I wanted and it was quick, I used the short cuts to escape quickly. (Edit) Visited again recently didn't get food this time, but saw a great headphone stand. I suspect everyone who buys it will do the same.

Dreadful shop. It's very difficult to locate items you've seen online. Some of the items are then scattered around the shop in different sections. It's difficult to exit because there is no clear exit and I don't want to walk around the entire store.
On the plus side the staff were helpful in finding said items.

I was a real rebel, and did'nt follow the arrows.
It was manic with school holidays, bringing little people being creative with how many ways you can cause a hold up wuth trolleys!
