This location has a major issue with keeping things in stock. 50% of the time I'm there, something I got the time prior isn't in stock. They've lost out on so much business.

There were no customers in shop when I went, two ladies on till were in hurry explaining about on going offers and guiding me right isle for product which I was looking for. Pushy to register me in there membership too. 0 for customer service.

Went into the store today to purchase some multivitamins, however the ones I wanted weren?t available in stock. Luckily, there was a lovely lady, MahNoor, if I recall correctly who helped me place an order online. She was able to explain the process to me quite well as I have never placed an order online before. I highly recommend this Holland&Barrett to shop at as the staff are helpful and efficient at their jobs. ??

Good experience, some products you can get for free with the deals (we got a supplement for free when we bought the vitamin c), staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They even helped us set up a loyalty card with even more discounts for the sign up!

Do not by spirulina.
The bacteria is dead.
You can test it by trying to make some yoghurt. My milk did not turn into yoghurt that means no live bacteria in the spirulina tablets.

OK. I didn't express myself correctly. Not bacteria but algae. Algae is a live organism and it is supposed to thicken my milk. The tablets i bought from your shop did not. I do not buy spirulina to make my everyday yoghurt. I only tested the quality of spirulina.
I usually buy it from Greece and I will stick to greek spirulina.
Some people will understand what i mean.

I got the worse service ever today. Will never come back to that particular shop.
Staff arguing in front of me and a long queue of customers waiting simply cause Mahnoor decided to leave her cashier and rather come to dictate what her colleague should do. For the love of god invest in some customer service courses or change a job!
Manager refused to come to speak to me as she was on break ? when I insisted she gave me a lesson that I should have waited!

The shop is very clean and bright the different sections are well designed and easy to recognised the members of staff are on hand to help and guide, Sierah the lady that served me opened for me reward account and was very nice ?.
I highly recommend that shop and that lady for her efficient service.

Yesterday was the first time I went to reading, and I needed to help my families to buy some products, a cute and adorable girl working there helped me to find them very patiently, and her smile made the feel really warm. Sincerely appreciate her, if next time I need to buy anything in HB, I will go here again!?
