I had been to Minster Street Hobbs in Reading. It was an amazing experience. Elsa had very kindly helped me select the right piece. She has a good eye in matching dresses with occasion proper accessories, scarves, cardigans and shoes. She took out time and very patiently helped me out with each and every dress, advised me on right size, helped me find them. Without Elsa I would have never been able to find my new favourite pink dress.
I would rate 5* to Elsa and Hobbs.

Hobbs is an amazing shop. You can get everything you need here. Including shoes. The staff are so helpful and they fold clothes really well. They have a special touch. The whole team are amazing and if you get the chance to meet Elsa you should as she is a very nice person and very helpful. The bags are also really nice and really good quality. This is a must shopping experience in lovely Reading :) p.s just re-visited the store. Absolutely incredible. Got the most amazing pink trench coat. Their design work is outstanding. Elsa was there and she looked after me so well. Everybody in the store was amazing.cant say enough good things about Hobbs Reading. Definitely recommend.

I don?t really do reviews but after reading the reviews I had to say something because staff at Hobbs do not deserve the bad reviews they are getting.I am not English and my English is not very good, and each time I go to Hobbs I have been treated so well.. They are patient and understanding, I feel welcome and I go there quite often just because how I am treated by the staff members.I went there this week and Elsa was very helpful and the staff was all so friendly ? They all tried to help me finding what I needed for work.All Hobbs stores should have staff members like reading. Every customer that enters the store is greeted with a friendly welcome and a smile.
