Once I got to the appointment I was greeted very well by all colleagues by making me comfortable and offering drinks the person that stood out in that case was Jorja making me feel very welcome. Sean and Faye did a lovely job at getting my perm re-done. They took their time and made it the best they could whilst providing good customer service! I believe Amy is the manager running Electric checking in all the time to see if I was comfortable and everything was up to standard.
