We visited H Samuel today and honestly i came away so impressed and suprised by the high quality customer service. My daughter (7) was so excited yet nervous to get her ears pierced and Bella was absolutely brilliant. My daughter was at instant ease and the entire appointment was a lovely experience. My daughter came away so proud of herself for being brave and I honestly put that down to Bella - her calm, friendly and understanding nature is exactly what is needed for young children. I cannot thank and recommend Bella highly enough. Please send her some recognition as she really is doing a fantastic job - so much so my daughter now wants her as a big sister!
Now there is nowhere else I would go/ recommend.

We had a great experience at H Samuel today. Bella was very helpful in finding the right watch for me. She was patient and offered many creative ideas and solutions to my preferences. She helped also with identifying sale items and sizing correctly, I was so happy with the result. Will come again!
