Closes at 6pm but if you get there 5.30 they will tell they have no food left to serve. Waste your time with kids need to fed. Horrible service.

So many broken shopping trolleys with wheels that either make loud noise or not working! Shelves are quite often empty.

Be careful with the lower early Asda car park. They are trying to scam people charging them with unnecessary parking tickets when you only stay under the time limit. The camera took two photos of my car entering the supermarket at the same time making it seem like i've left at the time they have said I overstayed. I have been charged with £40 and I am really dissapointed and ashamed of the lower early Asda supermarket doing that to their customers.

Go in school hours for a more peaceful shop. Avoid going at the weekend like the plagues

For two hours we were shopping with the children using the ,,scan and go system,,,... during self check out we were selected for security check... the lady had to check 37 products!!!! After some time, when she checked products on the top, she started putting the food on the floor!!!!!! I noticed and the lady was rude and offended. she stopped scanning and left me with children without any reason!!!! After some time, a man( area leader) came and took away the basket, saying that they had to scan EVERY product at the till!!!!! (shopping worth £150)... the service was very rude, the products were dirty and crumpled... they started shouting at me and being rude... .I will never go there again after being treated like this...not recommended. ASDA Treat you and your family like a potential thieft!!!!!

Avoid this place, raw chicken in random isles, more empty cardboard on the shelves than product, no tills open and most staff just standing around with not a manager in sight. Used to shop here all the time but Aldi and Tesco so much better now and ram properly.

I wouldn't even give it a one star, tills have shut before 6 pm, you have to use self check out, this causes massive cues and you end up standing there waiting around for the gossiping workers to notice the lights flashing and in need of their assistance. On a good day there's only 4 tills open anyway, the store is shockingly disgusting with how it's run

I like the value offered usually but I'm fed up with the constantly fluctuating prices.
I'm sure somebody in sales thinks it is clever to frequently change the price of some things but it's just annoying. For example, certain yoghurt £1.75 this week and £1.20 the next then back to £1.75 again the following week.
It's the thing that makes me think about shopping elsewhere.

?A staff member is coming to help.? Everytime an automated checkout says, you just know in your bones that nobody is coming to help you. And it can happen numerous times during one transaction!
You can?t deny, this supermarket has everything you need. And the prices are pretty darn good too.
However an important part of customer service which needs improvement is how they manage the self checkouts. I?m quite a patient individual, but I have waited numerous times between 1-3 minutes to have my ID checked or items verified. They simply do not have staff who have the sole priority of managing those checkouts.
