Avoid, avoid, avoid, when I see people that don't care to help a customer I can only think that they 1) want me to leave the shop because they close in 30 minutes and they don't want to work any more 2) I don't meet their customer agenda and they try to make me to not visit again.There are many other shops in the Oracle where you will find better customer service and smiling employees. Don't spend your money there...

Ordered trousers and shirt 2 week's ago told me would be only a couple of days 2 went in last week told don't worry we will post them out........another week on no contact with the shop and no clothes have arrived.......clothes great, not very good customer service.

Most unhelpful staff I have ever experienced in a retail store. Some sales training is required for these two. Walked across the mall to find exactly what I needed at Hugo Boss. And the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Someone else who should try a change of career.I'm a regular customer of Gant.Went here for the first and last time.Served by a robot,no conversation,no sense of humour.Compare this with Solihull where they are so pleasant and friendly.Get some customer friendly assistants!

Shop is well stocked and tidy. Staff are very helpful and friendly without being overbearing or appearing fake. Never usually go to Reading, so was pleasantly surprised finding a Gant store. Highly recommend .
