Booked MOT on 9th Feb for today 28 Feb. Turned up 20 mins before and left keys. Call back from them 30 mins later - Can't test it because testers gone home - no offer of rebooking total cowboys! WEB49926961

I took my car for annual MOT and service. Ended up taking 2 days as part they ordered was wrong size. Cost a total of over £1500. When I took car in asked them to look at plastic part hanging down under car. Noticed when I got home it was still hanging down. Returned with car a week later. Mechanic came outside to look at it. Looked underneath car, got hold of part and ripped it off. He said it was to protect underneath from water and if I wanted it put back I would have to go to a Nissan dealer. I will never return to this company.

I wish I could given them Zero rating! I booked a MOT and Full service with them few months back, dropped the car and went home. They called me and wanted to do some work worth £200 on rear brakes which I asked them not to because I literally had new rear breakes few months back and there was nothing wrong. The car passed the MOT so I was thinking they are just looking for some work. I collected the car and immediately noticed there is a issue with the brakes. I turned back half way and asked them why it is taking so long to brake. They checked it and found out that something in my rear brake has "broken" and it would cost £150+VAT. Because I asked them not to do any work they broke my brakes even though they were perfect when I dropped the car. I had to get that work done because my car was not safe for the road. I would not recommend these junkies at all as they will break something to charge you ££. Stay Away!

Very disappointed. When 1st going there, looks very professional. Quoted me decent price for a MOT and service which took the day, then told me I need to bring back for other issues which cost me double, believe some of which should have been included in service and I now have a engin light on which they told me I need to take to BMW specialist anyway which is going to cost me another £150. My car is only 5 years old and done 30k millage so there should be this much wrong.My car doesn't feel as smooth since.They also did a wheel alignment twice within 2 weeks and charged me.
