We have eaten 5 guys for many years and was very excited to hear that they have started a children menu especiallywhen we have 4 children of our own. Only to be disappointed to find that we couldn't add things like lettice and other veggie to their burger. when even offering to pay extra that was declined too. Shocking.

Yet again I was given small fries when I ordered large. This has happened several times before when ordering on Deliveroo. You never get this issue in person but they always try and pull a fast one when you're ordering through a delivery company. Absolutely shameful.

one of the best fast food chains ever, but a little bit too expensive. the potatoes were gorgeous, the meat was juicy and the milkshake was a little bit too sweet. i recommend it.
