I made a purchase, and I requested they send it to my email. The email receipt was not sent and they couldn't find it on the system. They said they would need to wait for the system to update and it may take several minutes. I waited for about 15 minutes, as they continued ringing customers. It was frustrating that they didn't stop for a moment to check for the receipt again. I finally asked them to look. I've never had to wait over 20 minutes for a receipt and felt ignored as a customer. The emphasis seemed more on getting sales then customer service.

Clothes nice as ever and decent range. Miserable staff who barely communicated when asking for help - happened on multiple separate visits recently.

System issue over online order through the local store when they didn't have an item in stock. They took payment and ordered it for me, but I got an email saying there had been a technical issue and the order was cancelled. The next day another member of staff said that it was a scam cancellation email, and to ignore it. But a few days later a refund arrived in my account without any further correspondence from Fatface. Needless to say the order never arrived leaving me frustrated with the misinformation.
